Title: Analysis On Drug-resistant State And RAPD Identity From 8 Strains Of Vibrio Cholerae
Abstract: Objective To analyze the sensitivity and the identity of vibrio cholerae to antibiotics in Bengbu in 2010,and provide evidence for cholera control. Methods 8 strains from cholera o1/o139 cases in Bengbu city in 2010 were selected and used to analyze the drug sensitivities of vibrio cholerae to 15 antibiotics in vitro by adopting improved Kirby-Bauer paper method which were recommended by WHO,and their epidemiological pattern and identity were analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) technique. Results All of vibrio cholerae o1/o139 strains were sensitive to ampicillin, cefazolin, amikacin, gentamicin, sulperazon, piperacillin, ceftriaxone and imipenem, and were resistant to sulfamethoxazolum-trimethoprimum,tetracycline and doxcycline. So far as chloramphenicol, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and so on,the sensitivity of vibrio cholerae o139 had some difference with vibrio cholerae o1.vibrio cholerae o1/o139 could be divided into two types according to the cluster analysis of RAPD.Conclusion The drug resistance rate of vibrio cholerae o139 was higher than one of vibrio cholerae o1.The treatment for different bacterial types should select corresponding antibiotics.Vibrio cholerae o1 strains isolated had the dentity.
