Title: Optimized Treatment and Reuse of Plasticizer Production Wastewater
Abstract: Aimed at the characteristics of plasticizer production wastewater from a chemical enterprise,an optimal scheme for separate treatment of its high COD wastewater and low COD wastewater is put forward.The high COD wastewater can be treated by grease traps,neutralization,two-stage anaerobic/aerobic biological treatment and physico-chemical process,the removal rate of COD is about 96.79%,and the effluent quality can achieve the third class requirement of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).The low COD wastewater can be treated and reused for production by activated sludge process,nanofiltration and ozonation.The total operation cost is 1.78 yuan/m3.After implementation of water reuse and resource recovery,the profit of wastewater treatment is 1.72 yuan/m3.The good economic and social benefits are obtained.
