Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to study the inhabition of chitosan against the pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum.[Method] The pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum was isolated,purified and identified.Inhibition e...[Objective] The aim was to study the inhabition of chitosan against the pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum.[Method] The pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum was isolated,purified and identified.Inhibition effects of different molecular weight and different concentrations of chitosan on the pathogen were preliminarily explored.[Result] The pathogen was preliminarily identified to be Deuteromycotina,Hyphomycetes,Hyphomycetales,Dematiaceae,Alternaria,A.brassiciola.Chitosan had a certain inhibition effect on the pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum,and the higher concentrations of chitosan showed a bettet inhibition effect than that of lower ones.150 000 had the best inhibition effect in the following three kinds of molecular weight 3 000,50 000 and 150 000,and its inhibition ratio achieved the maximum(86.56%) in the second day.[Conclusion] Chitosan has good application value in the disease prevention and treatment of flower.Read More
