Title: Explore the Clinical Value of Modified Cesarean Section
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical value of modified cesarean section. Methods A transverse are incision at lower abdomen. The fat layer and musculus rectus abdomints were seperated bluntly the peritoneum was torn transversely. Muscular layer of uterus was sutured continuously by catgut, while peritoneum wasn't sutured. Fasia layer sutured continuously by catgut, and then skin and subcutaneous tissue were sutuured interruptedly. Wecompared the modified cesarean section with traditional cesarean section with transverse arc incision at lower abdomen at the same period. Results The modified cesarean had advantangeds of shorter operative time, less blood loss during operation, shortening of exsufflation time, slight pain and low sickness rate after opration, shortening of fetus delivery time. The difference was significant as compared with the control group ( P 0.05). Conclusion Modified cesarean section should be spread in clinic forits advantanges of shorter oprative time, less postoperative complications.
