Title: Research on the Relationship between Organizational Support to Knowledge Employees and Organizational Citizenship Behavior at High-tech Enterprises
Abstract: Using a questionnaire of 446 employees in China,we examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior,especially the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the relationship between the two variables from the perspective of social exchange at high-tech enterprises.Results from structural model analysis show that high-tech enterprises should pay attention to organizaxonal support to knowledge workers and build a friendly and harmonious working environment to increase the sense of organizational identity and organizational performance.
