Title: Analysis and Estimation of the Factors Contributing to China’s Economic Growth since the Reform
Abstract: The author makes an empirical test with the standard measurement method and in combination with the fact in China since the reform and opening measures the contribution of factors input and total factor productivity to China’s economic growth. The result shows that China’s economic growth is the result of the comprehensive function of factors input and total factor productivity including human capital, institutional change, technological progress and so on. And the improvement of TFP accounts for about one third of the contribution to economic growth. Therefore China’s economic growth is not completely driven by input but a real and reliable economic growth.
