Title: RESEARCH ON MANAGEMENT OF CAREER PLANNING FOR PUBLIC HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATORS
Abstract: Objective Discuss the factors that can influence personal career planning management through making an investigation on the administrative personnel's career planning management present situation,and provide some views and suggestions appropriate for the administrative personnel's career planning management in public hospital according to the administrative personnel's working characteristics and the actual features and situations in public hospitals. Methods So from 12 AAAgrade public hospitals in Guangzhou,Peking,Shanghai,Jiangsu etc economic developed area the administrative personnel were randomly sampled and investigation on their career planning were carried out through self-made questionnaire.Then the data was input and analyzed by SPSS11.3. Results Hospitals pay not enough attention to guide the planning of the administrative personnel's career,the consciousness of personnel's career planning is light,and there is a lack of the title advanced system for administrative personnel series,the score of cognition of self spot and management of career planning are different in personnel with different education account,title and post. Conclusion Hospital administrators career planning and management is at the developing stage,the hospital should set up complete administrative personnel career management system,taking difference career planning management measures to different people.
