Abstract: Leiomyosarcoma is a malignant smooth-muscle tumor having a predilection for the female genital and gastrointestinal tracts. Although few cases of orbital metastases of leiomyosarcoma have been reported in literature, primary leiomyosarcoma involving the ocular structures is extremely rare. We report a case of primary orbital leiomyosarcoma in a 21-year-old, African male who presented with progressive proptosis and pain.
