{'イオンクロマトグラフィーのうちイオン交換クロマトグラフィーとイオン排除クロマトグラフィー(除去カラム法及びファイバーサプレッサー法)について,ギ酸,酢酸イオンの分離及び分析感度の両面から比較検討を行った.2mM四ホウ酸ナトリウムを溶離液に用い,試料注入量を1000μlとするイオン交換クロマトグラフィーが雨水中のギ酸及び酢酸の分析には最適であった.本法により雨水試料を分析する場合,試料中の硝酸イオン,硫酸イオンが分離カラムに吸着し溶出しないので,分析上問題となる.そこで,ギ酸.酢酸イオンのピークが得られた後に,4mM炭酸ナトリウム-4mM炭酸水素ナトリウムを試料注入口から1000μl注入し,分離カラムから硝酸,硫酸イオンを溶出させた.この場合の1試料当たりの分析時間は約20分間であった.雨水試料の分析における本法の再現性は,相対標準偏差としてギ酸イオンで3.7%.酢酸イオンで7.1%であった.又,本法によるギ酸イオン及び酢酸イオンの検出限界はそれぞれ0.003ppm,0.005ppmであった.本法を用いて1987年4月から10月までの期間,横浜市日吉における雨水中のギ酸,酢酸濃度を測定し,ギ酸が0.05~0.91ppm,酢酸が0.04~0.56ppmの結果を得た.':
