Title: The Evolving Trends of Atrial Fibrillation Ablation From 2007 to 2012
Abstract: Catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF) is the preferred treatment in patients with drug resistant, symptomatic AF. As the ablation procedure has become more accessible for patients, there may be an evolution of the types of patients undergoing AF ablation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate how patient characteristics, procedural variables, and complications for AF ablation has evolved over time.
