Abstract: The article focuses on the factors of effective business administration. The article provides an outline of topics that will be discussed, including the purposes of the study and how the study was conducted. It discusses implications of the study concerning effective administration of the curriculum planning, courses, and executive training programs in universities. It comments on patterns of knowledge, attitudes of effective human relations, and analytical and predictive ability in decision-making.
