Abstract: The article discusses a study of the integrated collaborative change strategy of The Education Institute, which, using multiple models of learning, leadership and knowledge, delivered an accelerated organizational culture shift in a short time. The article states that the school implemented cultural change that affected 6,037 organizational leaders and impacted the working lives of a projected 35,000 staff members. The article describes the programs that were implemented, including the Strategic Leaders Program and creating a diagnostic inventory that tracked the leadership behaviors and culture of the organization.
