Abstract: Background and aims: PICUDOCTOR.org is a free online resource guide for Paediatric Critical Care for children with congenital heart disease, Implementation of guidelines, to pathways and calculators, with recent literature recommendations. Aims: The aim was to create a webpage / iPhone / Smartphone application to give free access for an online resource how to manage children with congenital heart disease in Paediatric Intensive Care. The online guide is directed to all health professionals. It includes chapters about drugs and interaction, formulas, APLS guidelines and specific cardiac lessions. Methods: The guideline is a compilation of chapters written by staff of the Mater Children’s Hospital, Brisbane, Australia, who helped to contribute to this guideline: Andreas Schibler, Bennett Sheridan, Bret McVinish, Christian Stocker, Clare Nourse, Emma Haisz, Jamin Mulvey, Jason Yates, Jim Morwood, Kevin Plumpton, Mark Hayden, Nalini Selveindran, Rachel Teis, Quyen Tu, Rajshree Trivedi.
