'abstract_inverted_index': {'1990-1994年および2000年に,約7aの水田内の40地点でイネ紋枯病菌菌株を採集した.体細胞和合性(vegetative': [0], 'compatibility)に基づいた個体群調査を行い,年次別のVCGの推移をみた.毎年,15-27種類のVCGが確認され,それらのうち約73-85%': [1], '(11-23種類)がその水田に初めてみられるVCGで,前年以前に見られたVCGは約15-7%': [2], '(4-6種類)と少なかった.2000年に確認された23種類のVCGのうち5種類(22%)は1990-1991年に既にその存在が確認されたものであった.また,調査期間中に確認された全VCG': [3],
