Title: Antigenic Dissimilarity of Cell Surface Antigens of Two Marek's Disease Lymphoma-Derived Cell Lines (MSB-1 and RPL-1)
Abstract: SUMMARY Cell surface antigens of two Marek's disease (MD) lymphomaderived cell lines (MSB-1) were compared by cytotoxicity and membrane immunofluorescence tests using rabbit antisera specific to these two cell lines. In both tests, anti-MSB-l and anti-RPL-1 rabbit sera reacted with the corresponding MSB-1 and RPL-1 cells but not with cells of the other cell line or with normal chicken cells from thymus, spleen, or bursa. The results suggest that the tumorassociated surface antigens (MATSA) of these two cell lines may be serologically distinct.
