Various surgical techniq...This article describes the use of subepithelial connective tissue grafts as a donor source for root coverage. Three patients with four sites are described in this case report. Various surgical techniques were used in order to obtain intimate contact with the connective tissue graft under the flap; these consisted of the double papilla pedicle flap, the coronally advanced flap and the tunnel procedure. Favorable root coverage and optimal esthetics in these cases was found to be achievable at one year after clinical treatment.Read More
