Abstract: It is challenging for teachers to maintain integrity in their assessment practices and continue to support the learning of each student and to understand the political imperatives of accountability to education departments. However they also know that well-designed classroom assessment practices provide specific, individualized, and timely information needed to inform both learning and teaching.
