Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find the user’s acceptance intention of mobile learning services based on the UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model and self-efficacy theory. This study utilized a SEM(Structural Equation Model) for the hypothesis testing. A total of 328 responses were used for analysis and the research results are as follow. The research results show that self-efficacy affects performance expectancy(PE), effect expectancy(EE), social influence(SI), and behavioral Intention. Also, performance expectancy(PE) affects behavioral intention. On the other side, effort expectancy(EE) affects performance expectancy(PE) and behavioral intention. Finally, social influence affects effort expectance(EE) and behavioral intention.
