Title: Parallelized Monte Carlo Illumination Implementation in Ray Tracing by Using CUDA
Abstract: Ray tracing based methods can generate photo-realistic image but are too time-consuming and high hardware requirements for interactive using. In this paper, we introduce a GPU based Monte Carlo global illumination model. This method based on Monte Carlo integral method, but we use a different sample method which called inverse transform sample. Due to the huge computation, we use CUDA to speed up our program.
