Title: Bio-efficacy and safety of abamectin against two spotted spider mite and its predatory mite on rose

On the basis of pre and post treatment observations on live two spotted spider mite at 3, 5, 7, 10 and 14 days after each spray, abamectin 1.9 EC @ 9.6 and 12.0 g.a.i. ha−1 was found to be more effective in controlling two spotted spider mite and increased the yield. The order of relative efficacy was abamectin 1.9 EC @ 12.0 > 9.6 > 7.2 > 4.8 > 2.4 g.a.i. ha−1 > dicofol 18.5 EC g.a.i. ha−1 > triazophos 40 EC @ 500 g.a.i. ha−1. Abamectin was found to be safer to the predatory mites also.Read More
