Title: Implementing the Knowledgeable Organization In the Knowledge Based Economy: The Conceptual Model of Slovenian Implementation Conduit from the Managerial Perspective
Abstract: The paper focuses on the implementation process of the knowledgeable organization from the managerial perspective, and shows the Slovenian approach of implementation conduit. Managers in their new capacities as active learners, facilitators, and coaches must encourage, and empower employees to take risks and act innovatively. The new knowledgeable management philosophy calls for an empowered organization to continually improve its processes, and delight its internal and external customers. The idea of paper is to enlighten the crucial movement towards the new knowledge based organizational paradigm in the Slovenian environment, and to consider the implementation process from the managerial perspective in the Knowledge Based Economy. As Slovenia joined the Knowledge Based Europe, consequently, the role of developing the concept of knowledgeable organizations is becoming even more important in the process of attaining the learning culture. Finally, the aim of this paper is to study the essential literature on knowledge management and learning organization, and to enlarge the learning organization implementation framework for further theoretical and empirical testing among Slovenian learning enterprises.
