Title: Graphite/graphene grown on molybdenum via CVD
Abstract: Graphene was discovered more than a decade ago and proved the existence of a two-dimensional system of carbon. It became clear very quickly that this exceptional material has truly outstanding electronic, mechanical, thermal and optical properties. Consequently a broad range of applications appeared, as graphene science speedily moved forward. Since then, a lot of effort has been devoted not only to the study of graphene, but also to its fabrication. Graphene grown by chemical vapour deposition (CVD) on structured substrates is a promising route for the future.
