The objective sample data has been collected from 147 employees that were educated from the Project of Human Resources Development in Danang city, Vietnam. The obtained results reveal that job characteristics of skill variety, task identity, autonomy and feedback have significantly positive relationships with the work attitude of job satisfaction. However, there is not statistically significant influence between task significance and job satisfaction. The result also indicates a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. For further analysis, this study aims to determine how demographic variables differently effect on the level of job satisfaction and job performance. Finally, the implications of the study for management and human resources strategies, the limitations and the future research are profoundly discussed.
