Title: Formation à la lecture critique d'articles : Analyse de la publication d’un essai thérapeutique 2/3
Abstract: La medecine fondee sur les faits (MFF) repose sur l’utilisation pertinente, dans la pratique quotidienne du medecin et du personnel soignant, des meilleures donnees disponibles issues d’etudes cliniques de qualite. La MFF necessite donc pour partie, de la part des soignants, une capacite a lire des articles scientifiques de pointe, s’appuyant notamment sur une analyse critique des etudes publiees afin d’en extraire (ou pas) les donnees qui pourront ameliorer le processus de prise de decision face au malade. Medecins praticiens a Bordeaux, intervenant dans le cadre du Plan Alzheimer, Jean-Francois Dartigues, Fleur Delva, Sophie Auriacombe et Sandrine Harston developpent ici les techniques de la lecture critique d’articles (ou LCA) a travers deux exemples de publication, l’un portant sur un essai therapeutique et l’autre sur une etude pronostique.
