Random sample of 45 subjects, 15 each spo...The purpose of this study was to determine adjustmental and physical fitness levels among the Inter Collegiate Handball, Volleyball and Hockey female players. Random sample of 45 subjects, 15 each sport were taken for this study. Bell's adjustment inventory and presented physical fitness variables were administered to find out the various adjustment and physical fitness among the different female sports groups. Significant difference at 05 level was found in favour of Volleyball group significant difference at 01 level were found in 50 meter run, standing broad jump in favour of Handball and Hockey groups. Trunk flexibility and sit ups in favour of hockey group. It is concluded that Hockey players were more superior in speed abdominal strength, trunk flexibility and cardio vascular endurance then the other two groups. Handball players were superior in shoulder strength and agility than the other two groups. Similarly volleyball players were better in leg strength as compare to other two groups.Read More
