[ [1] Yun He Yuanlin Luo Yuqing Wang Lan Huang Xiaohui Zhao Intra-interventional coronary spasm predicts long-term outcomes: a retrospective study of 1,760 patients. Int. J. In their study, the authors reported that intra-interventional coronary spasm was associated with higher incidence of major adverse cardiac events (MACE) in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). He et al. identified the significance of coronary spasm on long-term prognosis. However, because of some major flaws in the methodology, we have some serious reservations about the findings of this article.
