Title: Strategic management process: paradigm of rules formulation
Abstract: The study focuses on problems of the key initial stage components of the strategic management process – strategic vision and mission formation. The essence and importance of the strategic rules, their effect on the establishment of the strategic aims and choice of alternatives for the strategic planning process are revealed. The process of the vision and mission formulation as well as roles of the purposeful mission application were examined.
