Title: SIMULATION OF SENSORLESS PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MACHINE USING MODEL REFERENCE ADAPTIVE CONTROL
Abstract: Permanent-magnet-synchronous-machine (PMSM) drives have been increasingly applied in a variety of industrial applications which require fast dynamic response and accurate control over wide speed ranges. At the basis of analysis of the mathematical model of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and the principle of field-orientated vector control, a novel method for modeling and simulink of PMSM system based on SVPWM is proposed. This paper presents the parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor i.e. speed (Wr), stator resistance (RS), q-axis inductance (Lq), and torque (Ts) is to be estimated by using Model Reference adaptive System (MRAS).
