The authors present an overview of the current WAAM-based capabilities, the rationale for change, the design concepts for the next-generation C3 simulation environment, and conclude with the status of implementation. Strategic C3 analyses are expanding to include not only a larger range of operations and weapons systems but also markedly changed threats and potential force structures. A description is provided of ongoing efforts within the Defense Communications Agency (DCA) to integrate and augment the set of automated tools that support these much broader types of analyses.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>Read More
