Title: Unsteady Diffusion Reaction of Electrochemically Produced Deuterium in Palladium Rod
Abstract: The unsteady diffusion of electrochemically‐produced deuterium and its consequent reaction in palladium rod is mathematically solved. The resultant palladium deuteride has been proposed as a medium for cold nuclear fusion. The pre‐electrolysis times for various size palladium rods and wires are estimated and found to vary from days up to several weeks and even months, depending on the diameter of the rod.
