Abstract: Inguinal lymph node dissection (ILND) is the recommended treatment choice for patients with lymph node metastases in the context of penile cancer. The aim of the present study was to determine the potential curative impact of performing a repeat ILND in penile cancer patients with recurrent inguinal lymph node metastases in the absence of other metastatic sites.
