Using an optical simulator, we found their optimized optical conditions. We have developed the new collimation film according to the optimized optical conditions. Brightness is equal to the conventional prism film, and a horizontal full width half maxim angle is increased about 15% when compared to the conventional prism film in 32 inch direct let BLU system.
