Title: Fabrication of La0.8Sr0.2FeO3−δ Porous Ceramics Using a Phase‐Leaching Method
Abstract: Porous perovskites ceramics are very important components in solid oxide fuel cells. In the present work, porous ceramics of perovskite‐type La 0.8 Sr 0.2 FeO 3−δ with a controllable microstructure are successfully fabricated using a phase leaching method. Sodium carbonate and La 0.8 Sr 0.2 FeO 3−δ are processed to dual‐phase ceramics, and then sodium carbonate is dissolved in water to leave connected pore channels. The La 0.8 Sr 0.2 FeO 3−δ porous ceramic obtained was characterized with an average pore size of 200 nm and a grain size of 250 nm by the SEM method.
