Title: UP-02.058 A New Approach of Renal Hilum Control in Retroperitoneoscopic Radical Nephrectomy
Abstract: Renal hilum control plays a key role in a successful laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. Nowadays, the renal hilum control through the posterior pararenal space approach has been widely used in retroperitoneoscopic radical nephrectomy for kidney neoplasms. But the severe complications and the conversion to an open procedure always can be found by using posterior pararenal space approach, especially for the patients with bigger size of tumor and synechiae around renal hilum. The aim of this study is to investigate a new approach of renal hilum control- lower pole of kidney approach in retroperitoneoscopic radical nephrectomy.
