Abstract: Abstract Angiosarcoma (malignant haemangioendothelioma) of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is extremely rare. Only a few cases have been reported in literature. A case of angiosarcoma of the nasal cavity and maxillary antrum in a 38-year-old male patient is reported. He was treated with pre-operative external radiotherapy followed by wide excision of the tumour. He currently remains free of the disease 10 months after diagnosis (and seven months after completing therapy).
