Title: Design and Realization of Nine-Point Controller Based on FPGA
Abstract: This paper proposes a new method of designing a nine-point controller using FPGA technology. The key of this control strategy is to perform a logical relationship between the error, the error rate and the working states of the nine-point controller. Four assistant variables, which will reduce the logic units and the complexity, were introduced to the algorithm in order to optimize the design on FPGA. Bringing the dynamic error control to the output of the controller can eliminate the fluctuation of output and effectively improve the stability of control. The controller is verified by a single closed-loop temperature control system. The results of the experiment show that the performances of the system could meet the control requirement.
