Title: The Management of Diversity in a College of Business Environment
Abstract: Abstract The term “diversity” encompasses a broad range of human qualities/characteristics that make individuals and groups unique (e.g. age, gender, ethnicity, race, culture, physical abilities, nationality, and sexual orientation). The responses of government, educational institutions, and private industry to an increasingly diverse population have been as diverse as the changes themselves. This article describes these changes and presents implementation strategies to accommodate and instill diversity in education, particularly business schools.
