Title: Eine Kurzversion des Tinnitus-Fragebogens von Goebel und Hiller (1998)
Abstract: Zusammenfassung.Theoretischer Hintergrund: Der Tinnitus-Fragebogen von Goebel und Hiller (1998) misst Tinnitus-Belastung durch sechs teilweise korrelierte Faktoren. Diese beruhen unter anderem auf Konstrukten der Informationsverarbeitung, wie irrationale Überzeugungen, Übergeneralisierungen und Attitüden der Hilflosigkeit. Fragestellung: In dieser Arbeit wurde eine Reanalyse des Tinnitus-Fragebogens unter Berücksichtigung seiner Item-Charakteristika vorgenommen. Methode: Der Tinnitus-Fragebogen wurde einer Stichprobe von 153 betroffener Personen vorgelegt und nach den Kriterien der klassischen Testtheorie geprüft. Ergebnisse: In einer Faktorenanalyse zeigte sich ein Faktor der Tinnitus-Belastung, welcher eine zufriedenstellende Reliabilität aufweist und signifikant mit konstruktnahen Merkmalen wie Depression, körperliches Allgemeinbefinden und Kontrollüberzeugungen korreliert. Schlussfolgerungen: Die Ergebnisse weisen die Kurzversion des Tinnitus-Fragebogens als ein den psychometrischen Testkriterien entsprechendes Instrument zur Messung tinnitusbezogener Beeinträchtigungen aus.
