The free vibration resonant frequency of the device is 421 kHz. The maximum input power of 0.45 W, output power of 0.11 W, and sound intensity of 38 W/cm2 were achieved. Ultrasonic streaming in water and cavitation in silicone oil have been observed. Finite element analysis was used to analyze the electrical, mechanical, and acoustic properties of the transducer and consistent experimental results were showed.
