Title: The idea of integrated pragmatic management to continuing medical education and teaching
Abstract: In order to change the conditions of human resource waste caused by the fragmentation and even contradiction between continuing medical education and clinical teaching. The authors explored the double-track paralleling system of continuing medical education and teaching, made them means and aims for each other, and integrated their evaluation and stimulation. The effect is obvious and the management means are conducive to the construction of lifelong educational mode of medicine.
