Title: Development of in-situ MIR-IRAS monitoring systm for reactions induced by solution plasma generation
Abstract: A monitoring method for solution plasma was developed using infrared spectroscopy in “in-situ” multiple internal reflection geometry (“in-situ” MIR-IRAS). We “in-situ” monitored the changes in chemical bonding configuration of solution with “in-situ” MIR-IRAS. The CH <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</sub> in the molecules of the solution was preferentially decomposed due to solution plasma generation.
