Title: Preliminary Discussion of the Building of China's Administrative Reconsideration System
Abstract: The administrative reconsideration system is an activity and system in which citizens, legal persons, and other organizations that are dissatisfied with specific administrative acts of administrative organs apply to the administrative organ in accordance with laws to review that specific administrative act, requesting that the act be changed or invalidated, and where the respective administrative organ reexamines and makes a decision. Following the promulgation and impending implementation of the Administrative Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China, and following the march toward a goal of legality in our administrative management, improving the administrative reconsideration system is urgent. Otherwise, implementation of the Administrative Litigation Law and the gradual legalization of administrative management will be obstructed. Therefore, we briefly state our opinions as follows.
