A project who works with software radio is GNU Radio, where many digital signal processes are implemented in C++ and Python language programming. This article describes a procedure to add the IT++ library into GNU Radio open source project, to be accessed as out-of-tree modules; this way allowing GNU Radio to exploit functions performed by other open-source projects. This SDR (Software Defined Radio) project works with many programmable cards like those from Ettus Research called USRP (Universal Software Radio Peripheral). The main goal is to expand the GNU Radio functionality with other open source projects (in Python or C++ language programming) to cover different wireless PHY layer processes.Read More
