Abstract: A simple screening-test, based on centripetal radial immunodiffusion and the use of trivalent antiserum (anti-IgG + IgA + IgM), requiring small amounts of antiserum, for the identification of qualitative and quantitative pathological alterations in the immunoglobulin spectrum of human serum is described. The possibility of a precise, simple and simultaneous identification of the precipitates obtained by means of the screening-test is pointed out. A precise working scheme is added.
