Title: Measuring Muscle Damage And Soreness Following An Army Physical Fitness Test
Abstract: The Army requires its Soldiers to be physically fit to execute missions and uphold fitness standards. To ensure that Soldiers are meeting these standards, they are required to do an Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) twice per year. However the standards and events of the APFT may not be challenging enough to push Soldiers to their maximal fitness potential.
