Fluorescently labeled oligonucleotide linkers enabled the intracellular observation and quantification of resultant ND conjugates. The covalent attachment of the chemotherapeutic and targeting moiety to the ND surface significantly enhanced cellular internalization and therapeutic activity Citing Literature Supporting Information Detailed facts of importance to specialist readers are published as ”Supporting Information”.
