Title: The sensitivity to NO2 of sandwich devices based on lead phthalocyanine and copper phthalocyanine
Abstract: The sensitivity to NO2 of sandwich devices based on lead phthalocyanine and copper phthalocyanine has been investigated in both coplanar and perpendicular configurations. The sandwich devices have high sensitivity and fast response and recovery in the coplanar configuration when they are exposed to a higher concentration of NO2 (3 ppm). The possible causes of the gas-sensitive characteristics are discussed in relation to their change with working temperature and bias voltage.
