Title: Study on Fuzzy Comprehensive Method in the System of Enterprise Performance Evaluation Based on Stakeholder Theory
Abstract: In recent years, both in China and in west, corporate performance evaluation is the focus of theorists and general enterprises. In stakeholders' perspective, the research of business enterprise performance evaluation mainly focuses on constructing evaluation index, in order to satisfy the interests of stakeholders, the construction of index system includes not only financial indicators, but also covers non-financial indicators. This paper will use a method of corporate performance evaluation to achieve the scientific evaluation, which considered various interests of stakeholders. based on the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the enterprise performance uses it to evaluate. In fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the first step is to establish the enterprise performance evaluation index system, and then evaluated step by step, at last accurate evaluation results can be obtained.
