Abstract: Sweet's syndrome (acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis) is a steroid-responsive dermolosis characterized by pyrexia, neutrophilla, and painful erythematous plaques that histologically show a dense dermal infiltrate of neutrophils. Pregnancy-associated Sweet's syndrome in a prenant has only been describved in four women. the clinical characteristics of the women with pregnancy-associated Sweet's syndrome are reviewed and the differential diagnoisis of pregnanacy-associated demaloses that clinically mimic Sweet's syndrome are discussed.
