Abstract: A fully gauge-invariant quantum electrodynamics of massive photons is presented here. The theory is non-local, but allows for an expansion in Feynman diagrams as does the usual electrodynamics, the only change being a modification of the photon propagator. The theory uses a set of space-like paths, and in order to secure Lorentz invariance, final results must be averaged over all possible path directions.
